A quotation is only binding once accepted by both parties, and work is carried out according to the scope described in that quotation.
3. Promotions
Promotional packages and free items are offered subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Package prices apply to the stated standard areas and conditions; rooms with complex designs, additional height, extra lighting or special site conditions are quoted individually. Please contact us to confirm the current promotion before placing an order.
4. Services & workmanship
We carry out work in accordance with the agreed written quotation. Any variation to the scope of work, materials or design after acceptance may affect the price and schedule and will be agreed with you before proceeding. Project schedules are estimates agreed at quotation stage and may be affected by site conditions, weather, material availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Payments
We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. Payment terms, including any deposit and progress payments, are stated in the written quotation. Goods and materials supplied remain our property until paid for in full.

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
